## Nature of the product

Verdikt is a self-serve software product for product research. Reports are software-generated digital research artifacts. Verdikt does not provide human consulting, managed research, done-for-you marketing, custom development, legal services, financial services, investment analysis, career coaching, or regulated professional services. Reports are NOT investment advice, financial advice, career advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or business advice of any kind. Verdikt does not advise on capital allocation, securities, personal financial planning, employment decisions, or compliance obligations. ## Guarantees

- **Re-run or refund on our errors:** If something is wrong on our end (broken citation, hallucinated numeric claim no cited source supports, a signal that contradicts the evidence the pipeline itself surfaced, or a pipeline failure that produced an incomplete report), we re-run the report at no charge or, at our discretion or the customer's, issue a full refund.
- **How to request:** Email support@tryverdikt.app within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The request must identify the specific fault: the section, claim, or citation at issue, and the reason it is wrong. We review each request individually on the evidence and respond within three business days.
- **What is not refundable:** Disagreement with the report when the cited evidence supports it. Brief errors made by the customer. Low Verdikt Score reports when the named risks are supported by the cited evidence. We do not issue goodwill refunds for non-fault complaints.
- **Zero data retention:** Briefs, reasoning traces, and reports are never used to train any model. Zero-retention is enforced on every LLM provider in the stack. Verdikt stores submitted briefs for 30 days after report delivery for support, re-runs, and dispute resolution, then deletes them.
- **Source standard:** Every numeric claim cites at least one Tier 1 source. Tier 3 sentiment (G2, Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt) is used as context, never as fact.
